PolyTrack is a minimalist yet dramatic low-poly racing game where speed and precision are everything. The game takes you through winding roads, leaping over steep slopes and taking sharp turns in each challenge, turning each lap into a tense competition with your own time and skills.
The core of PolyTrack lies in the time trial mode - where you do not directly compete with AI or other players, but challenge yourself in a race against time. The only goal: complete the track as fast as possible.
Each race is meticulously designed with overpasses, loops, high jumps and sharp turns. Players must accurately calculate the throttle, brake, as well as maintain momentum. A well-timed drift can save precious seconds.
The game currently has around 15 official tracks for you to conquer, in addition to more than 20 maps created by the community. This rich content repository ensures that you always have a new challenge to practice.
Each map has its own characteristics: sunny summer roads, slippery icy curves in winter or long desert roads. Thanks to this diversity, you will never feel like the races are repetitive.
PolyTrack integrates a ghosting feature, allowing you to compare your old achievements or track other people's runs. This is a great way to realize where you have lost time and improve your skills.
In addition, the global online leaderboard encourages players to continuously break records, creating an attractive competitive atmosphere. Each successful climb will bring an indescribable feeling of "joy".
In track design mode, you can use the mouse to select, rotate, delete or adjust the height of the track sections to build the layout as you like.
Get familiar with the layout before racing fast: Run a few laps to remember the locations of sharp turns and jumps, so you will limit "going the wrong way" when entering serious races.
Optimize the racing line: Always find a way to cut corners reasonably, avoid turning the steering wheel too early because the car will easily lose momentum and have difficulty maintaining a stable speed.
Keep momentum when going through jumps or loops: Before rushing into jumps or loops, maintain a high enough speed for the car to stay on track, avoiding falling off course.
Practice – every millisecond counts: PolyTrack is all about practice. Every test run is an opportunity to shave time off your time and perfect your skills.
Learn from ghosts: Use the ghost feature to compare your own or other players’ past records, identify where you’re wasting time and improve your driving.
PolyTrack is a low-poly racing game that focuses on speed and precision in every corner. Unlike Steel Legion, where firepower and rugged terrain dominate the entire game, PolyTrack cuts out the noise of combat to put all the stress on steering control and every split second on the clock.
